Bloomberg Olympiad
The TAPMI-Bloomberg Olympiad was the most important development regarding the TAPMI Finance Lab in the financial year 2015-2016.
Bloomberg LP has never collaborated with a college to conduct an event of this sort and this was a significant achievement for TAPMI as TAPMI is the first institution to run the Olympiad with Bloomberg
The inaugural edition of the TAPMI-Bloomberg Olympiad was held during Finance Forum’s flagship event, “Finomenal 2015”. The aim of the event was to test India’s Bloomberg Champions across a wide range of competitive rounds which included their knowledge of the Bloomberg Terminal and their ability to translate the capabilities of the Terminal in its implementation in its day to day activities. The inaugural edition of the Bloomberg Olympiad witnessed Bloomberg Champions from across ten of India’s premier B-Schools taking part. Ultimately, NL Dalmia walked away as the winners of the coveted TAPMI-Bloomberg Champions of Champions Trophy with the TAPMI Champions being the runners up.
